- Role ? Manages, develops and motivates a team of Business Managers to maximise its revenue generation as well as personal team growth and development.
? Allocates territories/clients for Business Managers in conjunction with the National Sales manager, or other appropriate Senior Line Managers, in line with UK Sales Plan.
? Conducts regular performance reviews with employees to ensure adherence with sales targets and prepares improvement targets and plans with employees where required. - Person ? Sales Management experience within the medical industry in addition to demonstrable experience in account management.
? Experience of accurate forecasting and goal setting.
